Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Pakistan only. Orders are fulfilled through our dropshipping partner network, including HHC Dropshipping, one of Pakistan's largest fulfillment platforms.

Shipping Rate

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all domestic orders. This rate may be adjusted for specific products based on size, weight, or delivery zone.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day are typically dispatched within 24 hours. A tracking ID is generated shortly after dispatch and shared with you.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners and typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Exact delivery timing can vary with courier load and local conditions, and is outside our direct control once a parcel is dispatched.

Payment on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for our rider, and you are welcome to inspect your package before paying.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share your tracking ID and courier details so you can follow its progress.
